How to book your Belize wedding

You’re ready to do this thing! But how exactly do you get started?  The first step is to contact the wedding coordinator at Coco Beach to select your wedding date and availability.   This is a great time to go over your wedding details as well.  Once your wedding date is confirmed, the rest of the details can fall into place.  You can then reserve your accommodations for your wedding stay.  After confirming your room reservation, we will send you our wedding contract and credit card form to guarantee your wedding date.  Planning your special day starts right after your wedding package is paid in full. A banquet event order which details the ceremony, reception and any other events will be sent to you approximately 30 days prior to your wedding date for your approval.

The best ways to utilize your wedding planner

A knowledgeable wedding planner is probably the most important factor in ensuring that your special day unfolds just as you imagined.  They have local knowledge that is invaluable in your planning, especially since they are on the ground prior to your arrival.  Clear communication is vital.  Creating a Pinterest vision-board to share with your wedding planner is a great way to highlight your ideas in a visual way.  Your wedding planner will also take care of all of the paperwork and logistics so that you don’t have to.

Uniquely Belizean ways to wow your guests

Take full advantage of Belize’s tropical paradise when planning events for your wedding party and guests.  Charter a sunset cruise the evening before the wedding and get a chance to mingle with those dearest to you, all while enjoying the Caribbean at sunset.  Consider a welcome bag for each guest to be placed in their suites ahead of their arrival.  You can customize it with your wedding colors, fun touches and some essentials like sunscreen and flip flops.  Plan a spa day for the ladies while the gents head to sea to fish and bring back a catch of the day or just a whopper of a story.
